Placing

HCS can be rested on concrete blocks or steel beams. HCS must be rested on concrete blocks between 7 - 10 cm and above the steel beams between 5 - 7 cm. For HCS with a stretch of over 3 meters are advised to use Shear Connector (see picture) to resist shear force.
